SHIPPING POLICY

Free Worldwide Shipping — Always

Every order ships free no matter where you are. Orders are hand packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically arrives in 7-12 business days internationally and 3-5 business days domestically. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our studio.

Need It Faster?

For rush orders or specific delivery date requests (Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions), email customerservicezariaspuzzles@outlook.com with your order number and the date you need it by. We will do everything we can to accommodate.

Lost or Stuck Packages

Once your order is in the carrier's hands we cannot control delivery delays. However, if your tracking has not updated in 10+ business days, contact us and we will work directly with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

International Customers

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These vary by country and we cannot estimate them on your behalf.
