REFUND POLICY

Every puzzle that leaves our studio has been designed, and inspected with care. We take that seriously. If something is not right we will make it right — no runaround, no hassle.


If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Defective

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue and we will send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the original.


If You Are Not Happy With Your Order

We offer a 30 day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.


How To Start A Return

Email us at customerservicezariaspuzzles@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with everything you need to know.


What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper washing, pet damage, or general misuse is not covered under this policy. Please follow the care instructions included with your puzzle to keep it lasting for generations.
